I’ve done so much research regarding its creator/context/whatever that it’s not even funny. The most I can gather is that it’s “propaganda” of its time, likely Russian as Russians are famous for being super huggy/kissy, and that it’s an attempt to show the treaty between Czar Alexander I and Napoleon in a positive light? “
